We held a one week intensive contemplative learning workshop at Stanford University from 28 August to 3 September 2022.
2022年の夏に、スタンフォード大学で、観想教育をベースとする１週間のワークショッププログラムを実施しました。
6 students from Keio University and 8 students from Stanford University participated, and the workshop was led by Dr. Stephen Murphy Shigematsu, Dr. Chizuko Tezuka, Mr. Toshimitsu Kokido and Dr. Yuki Imoto.
慶應大学から6名、スタンフォード大学から8名の多様な背景を持つ学生が集まり、ともに身体と心を存分に拓き、マインドフルネス、内観とコラージュ、日本街でのフィールドワーク、演劇的なワーク、などを重ねていきました。
